The hotel is in the center of town, not far from restaurants and supermarkets. The personnel pleasant, the rooms well equipped, bathroom was large and clean, the beds good, the TV fully functional, and the elevator talks in French, however, usually every shift has an English speaking individual at the desk.

Breakfast is not included, but whether you buy it at the hotel, where it is a nice and generous buffet, or get your own in town, is almost a toss-up, financially.

NOTE:

The metered taxi ride from airport to hotel runs about 25 Euros. If your credit card won't work at the terminal, a taxi might be willing to take you into town where there are a number of ATMs available that do work.

The hotel will gladly assist you with tours or bus schedules, e.g. going to Kourour to visit the ESA space launch complex. It's about 20 Euros each way from Cayenne.
